Hausbeck Recognized as Plex Systems 2020 Industry Leader Impact Award Winner

Hausbeck has used Plex to propel business forward, achieving 99% inventory accuracy, eliminating $500,000 in inventory write-offs of aged, expired products, and cutting mock recall completion time in half.
Hausbeck was honored during Plex Systems’ annual conference PowerPlex, which brings together manufacturing professionals, Plex partners, and industry experts to share innovations and best practices to enable smart manufacturing enterprises of the future.
Each year, Plex presents Impact Awards in three categories: Business Operations Transformer, Product/Technology Innovator and Industry Leader. This year’s Industry Leader win is the first Impact Award for Hausbeck.

Hausbeck was selected from a highly competitive pool of nominees to receive a Manufacturing Leadership Award from the Manufacturing Leadership Council of the National Association of Manufacturers. Hausbeck’s “Enterprise Cloud Technology Empowers 90-Year-Old Pickle Manufacturer to Become a More Reliable Partner to Fast Food Giants” project won in the Enterprise Integration and Technology category. Hausbeck is now among an esteemed group of leaders who are shaping the future of global manufacturing.
The Manufacturing Leadership Awards honor winning projects and individual manufacturing leaders that have demonstrated achievement in one of a wide range of categories and are chosen by a panel of expert judges for results that have delivered clear and compelling value, return on investment, and other tangle outcomes.
The National Association of Manufacturers is the largest manufacturing association in the United States, representing small and large manufacturers in every industrial sector and in all 50 states.
Local Organizations Recognize Hausbeck for Community Contributions
Hausbeck was one of 38 companies recognized by Saginaw Future for making or planning investments totaling $261 million in Saginaw County in 2019. Specifically, Hausbeck was honored for investing in its new 100,000-square-foot warehouse, which includes cold storage for a new refrigerated pickle option.
Hausbeck also received the 2020 Scott L. Carmona College of Business Outstanding Family Business Award from Saginaw Valley State University.
